Subcommittees

A subcommittee is a committee, with all the same features and functions, but has a linkage to a ‘parent’ committee in the same organization. (Only standard plans or higher have subcommittees enabled).

When creating a committee, a parent committee is designated, then the new committee will be a subcommittee. You can also create a subcommittee directly from the subcommittee selection under the ‘More' menu.

All subcommittees with their hierarchy can be seen by selecting ‘Subcommittees’ under the ‘More’ menu.

For all members of the parent committee the following information is available when clicking on the subcommittee:

  • Committee information

  • Membership

  • Meeting minutes

  • Resolutions

  • Shared committee documents
