Committee documents

The documents section in the committee settings is meant as a dedicate space to store and share common committee related documents.

These documents can easily be accessed by all members on the main committee info page. Members can access the committee info page by clicking the ‘committee settings’ icon in the main menu.

To show specific documents in this area, go to ‘Committee settings’ → ‘Documents’ and click on ‘Attach documents’. The document chooser window will popup and you can choose any existing document or upload a new document. Documents uploaded here can be accessed under the Documents page as well.
