Subscriptions & Billing

The best way to get started with MyCommittee is to start a free 30-day trial.
Pick a plan that mostly reflects the number of committees in your organization and tryout out all features completely free for 30 days. You don’t need a credit card to get started.

If you like MyCommittee, you can continue to use it without interruption by simply adding a payment method. You can also downgrade to the free version after the trial ends. The free version has all the basic features and works well for small organizations.

We recommend to sign up for a free 30-day trial so you can explore the many features that come with any of our very affordable plans. There are no obligations and no credit card is required.

Frequently asked questions

Can I use MyCommittee for free?

Yes, there is a free edition of MyCommittee that has all the basic features and works well for small teams. The free edition is free forever but has some limitations.
See the pricing page to signup.

How does the billing work?

Annual plans are billed by invoice through PayPal and not auto-renewed. Each year, we will send you a new invoice and you can decided to renew or not.
Our monthly plans are processed by Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled.

Do I need to pay extra for more users?

No, unlike most other board and committee management applications, our prices are fixed, no matter how many members! And, our prices are hard to beat :-)

Do you offer a discount for nonprofits?

Yes, simply choose the plan that fits and sign up for a free 30-day trial. If you like MyCommittee, email us a copy of your nonprofit status and we'll apply the discount before your first bill.

Our main contact has left the organization, how can we renew our subscription?

If there are other admin users, they can follow the guidelines above to select a new main contact. If there are no other admin users, the only way to change the main contact is by reaching out to our support team. Please provide all the details and they will be happy to help!

What are the limitations of the free edition?

With the free edition you can create 2 committees and add a maximum of 20 members per committee. If your team is small, the free version works. This edition was specially designed to help small charities, with no technology budget, to take advantage of our tools and we encourage these organizations to use it as much as possible.
The free edition is free forever and you can use it for as long as you want.

With the free edition, you are missing out on some great features which, unfortunately, we cannot all provide for free. (E.g. Online voting, offline meetings, board package, etc.) See the pricing page for details.

Our plans are very affordable and we're sure you won't find anything that compares.

What is the difference between the free edition and the free trial?

With the Personal Free edition, you get a working environment that has all the basic features and is specially tailored for small teams. There are some limitations as you can read above.

The Free Trial version offers the full fledged edition of the application including all features available in the selected plan totally free for 30 days.
