Video/teleconference info

The Agenda Wizard now has a separate field, under the Meeting tab, to save video/teleconference links and dial-in numbers. The information entered here will show up on the agenda page and will also be added to the meeting invitation email.

The recurring meeting schedule (See Committee settings → Meetings) has a field for this information as well and if saved here, it will be entered by the wizard automatically in the correct field for each new meeting.

Please note:

By default, this information will no longer show up on the meeting minutes and in the PDF versions of agendas and minutes. I you still want this information to show on the minutes page or in either the agenda or minutes PDF versions, you can enable it in the committee settings. (See Committee setting → Minutes and Committee settings → PDF for the new settings).
