Documents in agendas and minutes

Problem

Documents uploaded to an agenda or minutes do not show under the documents tab

Solution

To maintain security, agendas and minutes, while in draft mode, cannot be viewed by regular members (only those with edit privileges) until they are published for viewing. In keeping with this, documents directly uploaded to an agenda or minutes will not show in the documents tab until the agenda or minutes have been published.

If you wish the document to be available immediately, upload it to documents directly and then you can link to it in the documents area of the agenda or minutes.
