Regular meetings
Regular meetings are, as the name suggests, meetings that recur on a regular basis (weekly, monthly, annually) and where members meet in person or join via conference/video call to discuss items on the agenda.
Go to the meetings page and click on ‘New meeting’. The agenda wizard will open and guide you through the steps to quickly schedule your next meeting, create an agenda and notify your members. You can edit and make changes to the meeting agenda any time.
During or after the meeting, click on ‘Create Minutes’ and the minutes wizard will help you to quickly create the meeting minutes.
To make this all even easier, you can setup a recurring meeting schedule for your board or committee and create an agenda template. A few example templates are provided to get you up and running quickly. Next time you create a new meeting, half of the work is already done!
